Nick is the co-creator, co-owner and chief operations officer of Grindstone Real Estate group, Brokered by EXP Realty, LLC Nick is a husband, father of four and soon to be licensed Realtor. Nick is no stranger to the world of real estate, he has been behind the scenes assisting his wife of 13 years. He recently left the oil and gas industry of almost 20 years of being a top salesman and leader. He is excited to take on this new position and adventure, even though sales is nothing new to him. Nick a natural salesman is ready to apply that sales experience and leadership to real estate.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, I subsequently returned to the Galveston Bay area to pursue my career as a Physical Education Teacher and coach. It was then that I quickly discovered my heart to help others. Real estate has given me the opportunity to do just that while providing support and guidance on one of the biggest financial decisions one can make.

Maggie is a Certified Professional Landman, and has worked in the Oil & Gas and Building Materials industries in Land Management for the past 15 years. A seasoned problem solver, she has extensive experience in contract negotiation, title review and clearance, project management, and large commercial and land transactions. Serving others and relationship building have always been her chief motivators, and she looks forward to utilizing her attention to detail, tenacity, and enthusiasm to create happy endings as well as new beginnings for her clients.

A Native Texan, Maggie grew up in the League City area before obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. Hook ‘em! She lives in the Brays Bayou area of Houston with her HPD Lieutenant husband and daughter, Delaney. In her spare time, Maggie is the SW Houston franchise owner of Card My Yard, where she has helped her fellow Houstonians celebrate more than 1,600 birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and other important milestones during the COVID pandemic. This venture has also allowed her to help raise money for numerous non-profits and charities.

My family has lived in the clear lake area for 10+ years. I’ve always had a genuine heart for loving and serving not only my own family but also pouring my time and energy into volunteering with some of the most vulnerable people in our community. After graduating from Lamar University, Allison moved to Houston to pursue a career in Human Resources where she worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for 7 years. She has always had a love for helping others but she quickly realized her love for Real Estate with her move to the big city.

After marrying her husband who owns Lankford Custom Homes she decided the transition to a full time Realtor was the right move for her. She has been pursuing her real estate career for almost 5 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Sue and her husband has lived in the Galveston Bay Area for over 10 years. They have 2 sons and a dog.  In her spare time, she likes reading financial books, going to the gym, and taking her son to the local skate parks.

I was born in Laredo TX, but raised right here in Houston, TX at just 3 days old. My husband and I are raising our daughter, right here in my hometown. I am a proud native Houstonian and have lived in the Cypress area for over 35 years and know the area well as well as the surrounding Houston areas. I have achieved my undergraduate degree at University of Houston, I was in law enforcement for 7 years and in Human Resources for about 9 years. This provided me the experience and knowledge to be diversified by understanding other’s needs.
